Admission

 Requirement:
Admission requirements for the Acupuncture, TCM Herbal medicine, and Doctor of TCM.

Programs at Central College are as follows:

1.     The applicants must have a proven academic record of two years of college/university education or equivalent studies in accredited post-secondary education at an accredited college or university with a minimum of 60 total units.
2.    Must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
 
Applicants must submit the following documentations:
Completed application forms
> Download International ver.
> Download Domestic ver.

Official transcripts from any previous colleges and/or college coursework(i.e./correspondence)Copy of Government issued Photo I.D.
Two letters of references (if required)
Non – refundable application fee payable to Central College ($150 for domestic applicants, $250 for international applicants)
All documentations must summit to directly Office of Admissions and Records at Central College.
All applications are accepted throughout the year because of Central College runs three times a year(first week of January, May and September).
Once filed, transcripts and all application documents cannot be returned to the applicant or forwarded to any other educational institutions.
Central College advises prospective students that they must supply complete and accurate informationon the application for admission and on all other college forms.
Central College will review and determine eligibility for admission and the applicant will be notified within two or three weeks after filing.
The admitted student is required to fill out and sign a Student contract before making a tuition payment.
To ensure that the student is aware of and understands the Tuition Refund Policy stated in the contract, he/she must read the Refund Policy and Initial every page of the contract.
If the Student wishes from the program after the contract is signed, a written notice stating an Intention to withdraw from the Program must be submitted to the college either by filling out a withdrawal form or by writing a letter of intention to withdraw.
The amount of refund is based on the Refund Policy stated in the Student Contract and the date of with drawalsigned on the written notice.
 
International Students Admission Requirements:
For international students applying from overseas are required to pay three semester’s tuition in advance(or equivalent to $12,600).  Similarly, international students applying within Canada without a valid student authorization or who only hold a visitor visa are required to pay two semesters tuition in advance(or equivalent to $12,600).  
Central College will send a acceptance letter after receiving a copy of tuition paid and signed student contract.
